Hotel Manager – New Ulster 4
My client, a new 4‑star hotel in Ulster, is seeking an experienced & motivated Hotel Operations Manager to join their team.
Key Responsibilities
Hands‑on role primarily responsible for all aspects of pre‑opening and day‑to‑day operation of the hotel.
Qualifications
- Previous experience of Pre Opening & Opening Hotels
- Solid hands‑on Hotel management experience in a 4‑ or 5‑star hotel environment
- Hotel operations experience, specifically Food & Beverage and Conference & Banqueting
- Excellent attention to detail and a high level of commercial & financial knowledge including budgeting and forecasts
- Passionate about standards and provision of excellence in hospitality
- Ability to lead and motivate a strong team of Departmental Managers and drive inclusiveness throughout the organisation
- Strong personality and ability to promote fun through work ethos
- Ability to apply a common‑sense approach to problem‑solving and foresight to anticipate and prevent problems from developing
- Ability to communicate at all levels
- Impeccable leadership and management skills, a strong work ethic with an emphasis on effective communication practices
- Keen understanding of Hotel related laws and regulations including Health & Safety, Fire & Employment Law
