Working primarily in the insurance repair market, our employees are part of a rapidly expanding team with an excellent reputation. We specialise in reinstating homes damaged by fire and flood, working across domestic homes, schools, and Grade II listed buildings. Our well-established Trades Division supports Multi-trades Engineers and other trades professionals who often carry out plastering, decorating, carpentry, plumbing, and other works. Our multi-trades team often attends locations initially to guide the strip-out process, ensuring work is carried out sympathetically. After stripping out, the team returns to install kitchens, bathrooms, flooring, etc. About You. We seek someone with experience in various trades disciplines, including: Ceramic tiling: floors and walls Plumbing: copper pipe work Kitchen installation Carpentry: flooring, doors, architrave Customer and team relations skills Ability to work independently or in groups Willingness to learn and mentor others Salary & Benefits: £31,000 to £35,000 base salary (DOE) Full-time employment with monthly pay Holiday entitlement increases with service (up to 5 extra days after 5 years) Training opportunities Location: Midlands Why Join Ferris UK?
