You will be responsible for managing various schools across the area, building relationships with contacts and regularly visiting your clients. This is an active role where you will manage a portfolio of existing schools already utilising our client's services, as well as seeking to onboard new clients.
Responsibilities:- Manage a portfolio of schools and build strong relationships with contacts
- Visit clients regularly to ensure service satisfaction and to develop new business opportunities
- Seek to onboard new schools and expand the client base
- At least 12 monthsβ recruitment experience, ideally within the education sector
- Located in Aberystwyth or within reasonable travelling distance to the office
- Enjoys sales and business development aspects of recruitment
- Confident, driven, and target-oriented
- Excellent communication skills and proactive approach
- Ability to build credibility with clients and develop long-term relationships
- Support of an established compliance department
