As a Vice President – Operations Strategy and Delivery - Fraud & Financial Crime, you’ll balance tactical delivery and strategic direction setting. You will work across teams within Fraud and Financial Crime to enhance our operations for our people, processes, and customer journeys.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop a high-performing business operations function, delivering optimized service experiences within Fraud and Financial Crime Operations.
- Collaborate with relevant teams to continuously improve operational and business performance, optimizing both customer and employee experience.
- Define, implement, and maintain operational excellence across teams, ensuring a fair, transparent, and exceptional customer experience.
- Act as a subject matter expert for digital business policies, processes, products, and solutions.
- Work with technology and process engineering teams to design leading customer experiences while mitigating risks.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with global teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Operate effectively in a virtual team environment, fostering a culture of first-time right service for colleagues and customers.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Relevant expertise in Financial Services banking or a heavily regulated industry.
- Proven ability to collaborate across teams and with leaders to implement change.
- Strong leadership, communication, presentation, and influencing skills.
- Deep understanding of Fraud & Financial Crime Operations, preferably in digital/retail banking.
- Experience with strategic projects aligning with governance and regulatory standards.
