As our Senior B2B Marketing Manager, you’ll play a key role in helping us win, grow, and retain these audiences. You’ll design and deliver marketing strategies that deliver results, bring our campaigns to life, and position Octopus Money as the go-to partner for financial wellbeing. This is a hands-on, strategic role where you’ll shape and lead everything from ABM programmes and lead generation campaigns to LinkedIn content and live events. You’ll bring creativity, structure and a test-and-learn mindset balancing high-level planning with sharp execution.
In this role, you will:
- Develop strategy that drives growth.
- Build integrated B2B and ABM strategies that directly contribute to revenue targets by converting high-value clients.
- Collaborate with our partnerships lead to shape go-to-market plans for our licensing proposition.
- Build a tightly aligned relationship with our sales leads, co-owning goals and ensuring marketing is embedded throughout every stage of the sales journey.
- Create standout pipeline-generating campaigns.
- Bring creativity and innovation to market-facing activity, ensuring every idea, asset and activation is measured by its impact on lead generation and deal progression.
- Work cross-functionally to develop landing pages, toolkits and outreach materials that tie seamlessly together and drive meeting requests.
- Continuously test and refine campaign performance to increase lead quality, improve conversion rates, and reduce cost per acquisition.
- Own our B2B digital presence.
- Own our LinkedIn and social strategy end-to-end.
- Bring an experimental mindset to digital, testing new formats and ideas to find what works best.
- Build our B2B brand voice through thought leadership content and editorial.
- Nurture the buyer journey.
- Build and improve email nurture journeys that speak to long-cycle buyers.
- Partner with RevOps and CRM teams to ensure the right messages land at the right time.
- Plan and deliver engaging B2B events from curated roundtables to major conferences.
- Align every event to key personas, growth goals, and follow-up journeys.
About You

Necessary requirements:
- 5–10 years in B2B marketing within the HR, benefits or wellbeing space - working side-by-side with sales teams.
- Direct experience managing Hubspot Marketing Hub.
- Proven record of finding and running events that drive leads.
- Some experience marketing a product delivered through partners or licensees.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn campaign management.
In return for your contribution, we offer a base salary of £65,000 - £75,000 DOE + benefits.

Work from anywhere. We give an 18 day work from anywhere allowance to swap out the on site days or take some time working from another country. Due to regulations this does not apply to individuals that give regulated financial advice.
