Manage Global Campaigns for a Fast-Growing Digital Group

We are a globally distributed, fast-moving digital marketing group working with clients across the UK, US, Europe, and beyond. With over 100 team members across 20+ countries, we are scaling aggressively and need a Paid Media Specialist who can take our campaigns (and our clients) to the next level.
What You’ll Own
- Create, manage, and scale paid ad campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more
- Conduct competitive research, audience targeting, and keyword analysis
- Build high-converting funnels that turn cold traffic into loyal customers
- Monitor performance and optimize campaigns daily for maximum ROAS
- Create in-depth reports and insights for clients and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with designers, SEO specialists, and content marketers for integrated campaigns
- Run A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize creatives and landing pages
- Keep up with trends in performance marketing, platform updates, and consumer behavior
What You Bring to the Table
- 2+ years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, and other key platforms
- Deep understanding of conversion tracking, pixel integration, and analytics tools (GA4, Tag Manager, etc.)
- You love making sense of data and turning numbers into narratives
- You’re familiar with performance KPIs like ROAS, CPA, CTR, CVR, and CAC
- You’ve used tools like Google Data Studio, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Zapier
- You can write or collaborate on ad copy that converts
- You’re highly organized, detail-oriented, and can work independently in a fast-paced remote environment
