We are looking for New Homes Sales Negotiator to work weekends on a site in Ascot. Standard working hours would be working from 10am – 5pm or sometimes slightly different depending on the requirement. Requirements Provided you can deliver a high standard of customer service and use your initiative this could be the role for you! Previous New Homes Sales experience is required You will be employed by U&P where you’ll be paid a competitive hourly rate + holiday contributions, we also have enhanced rates for bank holidays and emergency bookings! * Meeting and greeting customers on site * Taking customers details and qualifying their requirements * Dealing with incoming sales enquiries * Taking customers on viewings * Advising customers on the sales journey and progressing sales * Ensuring the sales suite is presentable * Manage sales database and ensure it is up to date.
