Would you like to make a difference and work for a charity? Novalis Trust is a charity that supports children and adults with Neurodevelopmental Difficulties and other learning needs. The Clinical and Therapy Assistant position is based at Cotswold Chine School and the surrounding homes, and works as part of a well-established, multi-disciplinary therapy team, supporting within the different settings across the charity, such as within the education, therapy and residential care settings.
Responsibilities for this role:
- Supporting children in their therapy goals and taking part in group sessions.
- Following skills and therapy programmes as directed and devised by the therapist.
- Assisting with the implementation of identified, individual strategies in workshops to support development.

Requirements for this role are:
- The role would ideally suit a psychology degree graduate or health and social care sciences graduate.
