What are we looking for?
Cleveland Clinic London are looking to recruit a Lead Clinical Physiologist to join our Neurophysiology Team, with a competitive salary range on offer. This is a full-time role with the following shift patterns: 4 long days across Monday-Friday 0800-1800 or 5 standard days Monday-Friday 0900-1700.

Responsibilities
- Provide innovative clinical and managerial leadership which inspires, motivates and empowers physiologists in the delivery of excellent patient experience.
- Responsible for the operational and non-medical clinical management of the neurophysiology service across all CCL facilities.
- Deliver a high quality, robust and responsive service to all neurophysiology patients alongside consultants and all members of the multidisciplinary team.
- Plan, perform and provisionally report a range of complex and highly complex diagnostic neurophysiological investigations on adult patients from a range of specialties.
- Manage and provide leadership to the non-medical clinical neurophysiology team.
- Work with CCL's Neurophysiology Consultants and the Divisional Institute Manager in the strategic development of the service.
- Manage the Polysomnography service with Sleep Lead.
- Provide assurance of proactive management of clinical risks.
- Identify clinical research and audit priorities to drive the neurophysiology clinical development strategy.
What we need from you?
- BTEC HNC/D in MPPM / BSc Hons Clinical Physiology (Neurophysiology) or equivalent (Required)
- ECNE part I or equivalent (Required)
- If Consultant Scientist level, HCPC registration and AHCS accreditation (required)
- Experience with independent monitoring in Intra Operative Neurophysiology for spinal, cortical and peripheral surgeries.
- Experience as Associate Clinical Physiologist or previous experience as a Basic Technologist in Neurophysiology.
