This dynamic law firm is currently recruiting an Associate to join its growing Private Client team based in Fife. This is a varied and interesting role; you will advise on a wide range of private client matters including:

  • Asset Protection & Succession Planning
  • Inheritance Tax Planning
  • The Creation and Administration of Private and Charitable Trusts
  • Wills, Executries and Powers of Attorney

The firm is open to hearing from candidates at the 3 years’ PQE level and above with experience in providing Private Client advice together with a passion for building relationships with clients and colleagues. You will be STEP qualified or willing to work towards this.

This position is being offered on a Full time or part time basis. As well as a flexible and supportive working environment, the firm offers a competitive salary and an attractive benefits package.
