Fuseideas is looking for a Media Coordinator to join our team and work on a variety of clients in the busy, integrated media department of a full-service agency. In this role you will provide support for the media team with the following responsibilities:
- Data entry of media vendor invoices
- Data entry of Digital, OOH and Print media schedules
- Identify invoice discrepancies, and work with media vendors and in-house team to resolve invoice discrepancies across all media types
- Issue and confirm insertion orders with the vendors
- Compile information to trigger client billing
- Work with the media team and vendors to compile a list of assets, deadlines, contacts to support the launch of the media campaign
- Traffic digital materials
- Assist in setting up social media campaigns
- Research projects as needed, including vendor, client and category research
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years' work experience, part time in a related or unrelated field
- Exceptional time management, and organizational skills
- Must be proficient in Microsoft package, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Superior communication skills verbal, written, presentation, phone and email
- Strong attention to detail and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
