Description

In line with key Scottish FA, UEFA, and national government strategies, the post holder will ensure the outcomes via Scottish FA Football for All ‘Accelerate our Game’ strategy are achieved. The post holder will play a vital role in increasing the number of girls playing football by developing sustainable club structures and infrastructure. The post holder will liaise with clubs to ensure they deliver outcomes related to Scottish FA funded participation programmes. They will also help coordinate, develop, and deliver a Scottish FA CashBack for Communities programme.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the Girls & Women's Participation programmes within the regions, supporting local activities for players in the small-sided game pathway.
  • Coordinate the development of the regional club accreditation program supporting structures and infrastructure for girls’ and women’s football.
  • Coordinate and deliver the Regional Scottish FA CashBack for Communities projects.
  • Carry out any other reasonable duties assigned by the Regional Partnership Manager.
