Estimateddurationoftheposition:10-monthcontract,collaboratingwiththeclient.Oncetheprojectends,weaimtoplacetheemployeeinotherprojectstoensurecontinuity.

Workinghours:MondaytoFriday,40hoursperweek

AbouttheRole

You\’llberesponsibleforcoordinatingsurveyingoperations,ensuringtechnicalcompliance,andmanagingkeystakeholders.

KeyResponsibilities

• Coordinateandmanageon-sitesurveyingworks,ensuringcompliancewithtechnicalspecificationsandH&Sregulations.
• Liaisewithstakeholders,includingthird-partybuildingrepresentativesandprojectteams.
• Conductsiteinspectionsandsupportaccuratedatareportingandqualityassurance.
• Facilitatecommunicationacrossmultidisciplinaryteamsinahybridworkingenvironment.

RequiredQualificationsandExperience

• 10+yearsofexperienceinsurveyingorinfrastructureprojects,withatleast5yearsintheUK.
• Provenexperienceinurbaninfrastructureprojects(mandatory);rail/ high-speed construction projects experienceisastrongplus.
• DegreeinSurveying,Engineering,orrelatedfield.
• FluentinEnglish(C1levelminimum).
• ValidCSCScardisrequired.
• SMSTScertificationishighlyvalued.
• Familiaritywithconstruction/surveyingsoftwareisanadvantage.
