Job Description
Our client is one of the worlds leading Ground Engineering contractors and due to a number of large scale projects won, they are seeking an experienced Piling Project Manager. They offer Hybrid working with this role, however the project will be based around the Midlands therefore you must be able to speand a 2 – 3 days a week on site. As part of their global community of experts, you will be working on some of the world’s most exciting engineering projects.\\n\\nYour Role;\\n\\n- Act as the Project and Engineering management lead ensuring design and quality compliance.\\n\\n- Act as overall lead for Health, Safety, Wellbeing and Environment on site(s)\\n\\n- Develop and maintain customer, engineer and stakeholder relationships.\\n\\n- Understand the design intent and requirements and ensure construction is proceeding in accordance with both.\\n\\n- Maintaining records and dialogue with the designer regarding any variations.\\n\\n- Be responsible for day to day commercial management in collaboration with commercial team\\n\\n- Produce and maintain method statements, risk assessments and ITPs\\n\\n- Work collaboratively with BW and all other business functions to deliver ‘best for business’ outcomes\\n\\nAbout the candidate;\\n\\nfor Degree level qualification in a Civil Engineering subject or HND in Civil Engineering and vocational training in Engineering\\n\\n- Proven experience in a Senior project management role within piling disciplines such as rotary bored, CFA, Minipiling and associated works.\\n\\n- Solid understanding of Ground Engineering and Piling principles with detailed technical knowledge of construction techniques and best practice.\\n\\n- Health, safety & wellbeing and environmental management experience to current standards CEng MICE (desirable)\\n\\n- Relevant CSCS card\\n\\nFULL BENEFIT PACKAGE AND VERY COMPETITIVE SALARY OFFERED
