Top Point Salary: £44,628.00

Additional Benefits: Social Workers receive a Welcome Bonus of £1000 paid in your first month salary, followed by a Retention Bonus of £1000 after your first year, £2000 after your second year, and £3000 annually thereafter.

Role Overview:

• As a social worker in the London Borough of Sutton, your role will involve executing statutory functions to safeguard and support individuals, ensuring positive outcomes.

Person Specification:

• Social work qualification with at least one year of post-qualifying experience, eligible for the social work regulator, excluding Newly Qualified Social Workers (ASYE).
• Valid UK driving license and insurance for work use where applicable.
• Effective use of supervision for accountability and development.
• Knowledge of applicable legal, policy, and research frameworks.
• Excellent communication skills with service users, families, and professionals.
• Strong organizational skills and workload prioritization.
• Ability to work autonomously, produce high-standard documentation, and share information appropriately.
