About the Role The CRM Application Engineer will oversee the Salesforce platform, designing and enhancing its architecture to meet data-driven business goals. This includes maintaining system performance, reliability, and integrations with other platforms. The role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams to develop a complete customer view and ensure consistent data flow and visibility across internal systems. The successful candidate will have deep experience in Salesforce development, a strong understanding of system integrations, and the ability to create scalable, well-documented solutions that align with security and data governance standards.
