We are currently seeking a passionate Groups and Conventions Manager to join our Reservation Team on a permanent basis, with an immediate start. Your role will be to deliver memorable moments and five-star service to our guests and team members. We value positive energy and a diverse community where careers are prioritized.
As a Groups and Conventions Manager, your main duties will include:
- Coordinate all group bookings and events from pre-planning to post-event follow-up
- Serve as the main liaison between clients and hotel departments
- Ensure all details are entered into PMS and communicated to operations (rooming lists, billing, group movements, special requirements)
- Monitor room pickups and cutoff dates to meet contractual commitments
- Conduct site inspections and planning meetings with clients
Working hours will be as necessary to fulfill your duties, with no less than the standard hours required.
