Main duties and responsibilities:
- Develop high-quality user interface designs, prototypes, and interactive mockups for native mobile and web applications
- Lead the creation and implementation of new design systems
- Conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs based on user insights to continually improve the app's user experience
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers
- Promote best practice in UI and UX design and design processes
- Stay up-to-date with the latest iOS and Android design guidelines and best practices
