This position is responsible for managing the relationship, development, and performance of multiple clients or projects, aligned with revenue goals and KPIs. The role will collaborate closely with the Head of Reservations and other internal teams such as Account Managers, Sales Managers, Guest Service Managers, Market Reservations/Inventory Specialists, Supply Management, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Revenue Management, and Business Development to strengthen relationships, manage contracts, and resolve issues daily. We seek a customer service-oriented individual with technical knowledge to ensure revenue growth and issue resolution. The main focus is to identify opportunities for additional revenue and present them for organizational decision-making.
Responsibilities Include:
- Ensure compliance with all client contractual obligations (Service Level Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, etc.).
- Investigate, track, and resolve customer and client concerns; identify trends and implement solutions.
- Implement client retention strategies in line with overall client service plans.
- Oversee VIP arrivals and coordinate with operations teams.
- Engage regularly with key clients to build and grow relationships.
- Conduct client analysis to identify additional revenue opportunities.
- Establish and monitor client performance metrics; take corrective actions as needed.
- Stay informed on industry trends affecting client growth; participate in industry events.
- Support the implementation of policies, practices, and technology to enhance client management.
- Provide reports to senior management as needed.
- Analyze and share client data to assist in opportunity and risk assessment.
- Build internal and external relationships to maximize growth and market share, ensuring clients feel valued.
- Manage clients within Business Rules, ensuring adherence to terms and processes.
- Develop and execute account and marketing strategies.
- Identify unmet client needs and coordinate internal follow-up.
- Meet or exceed productivity targets, evaluated quarterly and annually.
- Maintain client reporting schedules and assist with other duties as assigned.
- Arrange client meetings and apartment viewings.
- Participate in networking events as required.
- Manage key accounts effectively.
- Communicate with other departments to resolve issues and find solutions.
- Maximise sales opportunities and meet revenue targets.
- Experience in the Serviced Apartments industry is preferred, with a good understanding of the sector.
