We are currently recruiting for a Senior Architectural Technologist to join an award-winning Architectural Practice based in Romsey. This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Architectural Technologist to work for a market leader. The most suitable candidate must hold previous work experience of working for a house builder/developer either directly, or in a practice/consultancy. Our client primarily use Revit, however Senior Architectural Technologists who are eager to learn the software are also encouraged to apply.

Overview:
- Holding presentations

Requirements:
- A minimum of 5 years' experience (UK based) and experience working on residential projects
- Good knowledge of Revit or AutoCAD
- The ability to work independently
- Knowledge of M4 (CAT 2&3) & Nationally Described Space Standards favourable
- Live within a commutable distance of Romsey (taking into account our clients hybrid working)
- A team participant and a proficient communicator
- Full UK driving licence
- Sound technical knowledge and in depth understanding of building regulations
- Ability to work independently but also as a team participant
- Desire to progress and attend CPD
