The busy ibis Styles Birmingham NEC and Airport is on the hunt for an F&B Guest Service Manager to look after our guests and lead and support the F&B team on shift. Working full-time, 40 hours a week, you will be a visible presence in the lounge; serving and welcoming guests, taking orders, supporting the team, and looking for opportunities to drive revenue. In return, we are offering a competitive salary of £29,000 p.a. and benefits including hotel discounts, a day off for your birthday, and more.

The ideal candidate will have at least two years' experience working in front-of-house Food & Beverage operations in a hotel or high-street restaurant in a supervisory role. You will have a friendly demeanor, be efficient and reliable, and know how to inspire your colleagues by setting a great example. In addition to directing and managing the F&B team, you will do Duty Management, stock ordering, payroll budgeting, and rota planning. We are a multiskilled team, so you will also support the Reception team and other operational areas.

Our hotel is about to start a major renovation which will transform the property, including the F&B operation, making this a genuinely exciting time to join. Our hotel has over 160 bedrooms and welcomes international guests, business travelers, families, conference delegates, and holidaymakers, making it a bustling and vibrant environment. As Guest Service Manager, you will be key to ensuring they enjoy a great dining experience during their visit and will want to return!

Since you will be serving alcohol, applicants must be 18 years or older. The hotel offers onsite parking and is well connected by public transport, with Birmingham International train station just a few minutes walk away.
