Here is an Audit Director RI opportunity for a talented and experienced accountancy professional looking to join a highly successful, boutique accountancy practice in Central London. The firm may consider applications at Senior Manager level hence the wide salary range advertised. It is envisaged that this person would work towards a move to Partner in the next couple of years.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Managing a portfolio of accounts and external audit clients to deliver a service including building and maintaining strong working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Overseeing the delivery of audits, accounts, and corporation tax returns for a wide range of clients in a variety of sectors, including but not limited to property, retail, technology and not for profit.
- Managing teams and ensuring planned work is completed within the agreed budget and timescales from planning through to completion.
- Act as a principal contact for your clients through the year delivering a proactive service.
- Liaising with clients and managing client expectations.
- Reporting directly to the Audit Partners and attending client meetings.
- Undertaking pre-and post-audit meetings.
- Preparation and presentation of reports.
- Direct, coach and mentor audit teams to assist them in the delivery of engagements.
- Assisting team members who are studying to help them achieve the best results possible to qualify.
- Proactive business development activities.

- Strong technical knowledge of auditing and accounting standards; UK GAAP and IFRS.

- Leadership skills and the ability to coach and mentor less experienced team members.
- Strong business acumen.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good IT skills, CaseWare experience would be an advantage.
