Salary: £12.50 to £13.50 an hour

At Relax Care, we are dedicated to providing high-quality, person-centered care, and we are looking for drivers to join our team for our double-handed care runs.

• Shift Pay Advantage: We offer shift pay for drivers, meaning you get paid from the moment your first call begins to the end of your final call, minus a 30-minute unpaid break. Earn £12.50 per hour during your probation period and £13.50 per hour after you pass.
• Team Collaboration: As a driver, you’ll play a crucial role by transporting yourself and fellow care team members between calls, making sure everyone arrives on time and providing essential care during double-handed runs.
• Be Valued: We recognize your hard work and dedication. With regular supervision, support, and training, you will grow both personally and professionally within the Relax Care team.

• Provide personal care and support to clients, including assisting with bathing, dressing, toileting, and medication administration.
• Safely transport fellow staff members to and from client visits, ensuring timely and effective care delivery.
• Follow the care plan and tasks provided through our Birdie App, reporting any deviations or concerns to management.
• Engage with clients to ensure their individual needs are met while maintaining their dignity and independence.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines, safeguarding practices, and regulations.

• A full UK driving licence or in-date international licence.
• Access to a vehicle suitable for work with Class 1 business insurance.
• A passion for helping others and delivering outstanding care.
• Willingness to work flexibly, including evenings and weekends.
• Registration or willingness to register with Social Care Wales.
