The Opportunity

EHG Pregnancy and Parenting division seeks an ambitious Business Development Manager to join our global team based in the UK. Reporting to the Healthcare Director, this role involves driving new business revenues for our clinical studies recruitment business. It’s a strategic, results-driven position requiring a strong understanding of digital media and the clinical studies landscape.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities, clients, and partnerships.
  • Increase cross-platform revenues and grow existing business.
  • Conduct cold calls to develop a robust sales pipeline.
  • Build relationships with prospective clients in healthcare and pharmaceutical industries, including agencies.
  • Identify decision-makers within client organizations.
  • Research and establish relationships with new clients.
  • Arrange meetings between clients and company leaders.
  • Develop tailored proposals addressing client needs and objectives.
  • Travel to prospect and client sites, industry events.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to optimize quality and customer satisfaction.

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum two (2) years of sales experience in Clinical Trials and Pharmaceutical industries.
  • Experience in medical education and/or patient recruitment campaigns is preferred.
  • Ability to sell ideas, products, and services.
  • Proven track record of developing new business relationships.
  • Knowledge of digital and data landscapes is advantageous.
  • Ability to analyze markets, customers, competitors, and prospects.
  • Highly organized with multitasking and prioritization skills.
  • Team player with collaborative working style.
