This is a full-time on-site role based in London for a Regional Operations Standards Manager - South. The role involves overseeing operational standards and ensuring quality management across the company's southern region in London and Cardiff. Day-to-day tasks include:
- Developing and implementing training programs
- Managing projects
- Analysing operational performance
- Ensuring effective communication within the team and with internal and external stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate and improve operational performance
- Excellent Communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder management
- Training skills for developing and implementing staff training programs
- Quality Management skills to maintain high operational standards
