About The Team
Our Product and Technology teams are the Worldpayers behind the game-changing products and digital experiences we’re best known for. Striving for better, they never stand still — delivering impactful innovations that power transactions across the world. You will be joining our team of talented Agile Product Owners and Product Managers working across our Omnichannel proposition. Our Enterprise Omnichannel Product team is responsible for developing our global omnichannel payment solutions, which is one of Worldpay’s top strategic priorities. Focusing on connecting and simplifying payments across all our customers’ sales channels – in-store, online and mobile – globally.
What You’ll Own
- Building an integrated view of customer needs, market trends and competitive position, assessing customer and business requirements.
- Identifying areas of commercial value and defining product propositions built on solid business cases, then supporting decision-making and development prioritisation via thorough analysis and recommendations.
- Developing a product roadmap and writing the necessary epics and features, then driving these through to realisation with the delivery trains and Product Owners.
- Working with our go-to-market and Sales Enablement teams to deliver a go-to-market strategy with clear customer segmentation, targeting and positioning, including the development of product marketing from sales toolkits through to detailed technical documentation.
- Transferring product expertise across the organisation with product training and advocacy.
- Supporting proposition queries by engaging with the sales team and top tier customers.
- Maintaining an advanced knowledge of trends in the POS and ecommerce payment industry.
What You Bring
- Proven track record of success in product management, product development, innovation, and/or other forms of revenue growth acceleration strategy and execution. Ideally with experience of managing product development within an agile methodology, e.g. SAFe.
- Strong analytical skills to support decision-making processes both through financial modelling and other data-driven analyses.
- Industry experience in Payments or Technology, ideally with knowledge of a payments organisation and a strong understanding POS and eCommerce merchant acceptance/acquiring capabilities, technologies, and processing.
- Articulate communicator with strong influencing abilities and a consummate team player skills. Both comfortable collaborating within your own team and leading cross-functionally working across an organisation including sales, operations, delivery and technology teams.
