Join Wavenet's dynamic PreSales team and help shape the future of Modern Workplace technology. We're looking for a PreSales Solutions Architect with expertise in Windows 11, Microsoft 365, and Desktop Virtualisation technologies such as Windows 365, AVD, Citrix, AutoPilot, and Intune.
This client-facing role involves working closely with sales teams and customers to design tailored Modern Work and Desktop solutions that meet business and technical needs. You will translate customer requirements into compelling proposals and support projects from pre-sales to delivery. This is an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge Microsoft technologies in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include:
- Designing end-to-end Microsoft 365 and Windows 11 solutions
- Developing device refresh programs and virtual desktop migrations
- Supporting bid responses, presentations, and technical documentation
- Collaborating with technical teams to build multi-discipline solutions
- Acting as a trusted advisor to internal teams and customers
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in the UK IT Managed Services market and understanding of customer needs
- Expertise in Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Azure Virtual Desktop, and Microsoft Azure services
- Experience in translating complex customer requirements into solutions
- Strong bid and proposal experience, with success in securing mid-market and enterprise contracts
- Excellent communication skills, including confidence in presentations to CxO level
- Collaborative approach working with sales, technical, and leadership teams
- Strong commercial acumen and experience in creating complex pricing models
- Experience with public sector procurement and IT bid governance
- Relevant technical certifications and industry knowledge
