Are you motivated by helping people and delivering excellent customer service? You will be known internally as a Defence Claims Handler in our in-house law firm, Strata Solicitors. You will be responsible for efficiently managing a caseload of claims and delivering exceptional client service. Once you have passed your probation period, typically 3 months, you will be able to work from home two days per week. Our offices are open between 8am and 6pm, Monday to Friday. You will work 37.5 hours between those times.

To support your career progression, we will also contribute financially for you to gain your Chartered Institute of Insurance (CII) or a professional legal qualification.
