In this role you will be responsible for managing revenue strategies for a designated portfolio of Staycity Group properties. This role requires a strong leader with experience in leading Revenue Management professionals along with expertise in revenue optimisation, market analysis and pricing strategies to drive revenue growth and enhance profitability across the assigned portfolio.

- Lead and mentor a team of Revenue Managers responsible for assigned properties.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to enhance team effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Regional Revenue Managers to develop and implement tailored strategies, ensuring alignment with Staycity’s overall objectives.
- Analyse market trends, competitor pricing, and consumer behaviour to identify revenue opportunities and optimise pricing strategies.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as RevPAR, occupancy, ADR, length of stay, and cost of sales.
- Prepare and present detailed performance reports and actionable insights to senior management.
- Conduct regular forecasting to refine strategies based on market dynamics and property performance.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and operations teams to align revenue management with broader business initiatives.
- Support the development of promotional campaigns, packages, and pricing strategies to maximise revenue opportunities.
- Lead the revenue budgeting process for assigned properties, ensuring accurate forecasting based on market conditions and historical trends.
- Adjust revenue strategies proactively in response to market changes and performance data.
- Monitor budget adherence and report variances to senior management in a timely manner.
- Utilise revenue management systems and analytics tools to optimise decision-making and strategy execution.
- Train and support team members in the effective use of revenue management tools and systems.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in revenue management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role within the hospitality or serviced apartment sector.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in revenue management systems and data analysis tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth and managing high-performing teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances.
