The Role:
- Deliver a range of enhancement and maintenance works across estate communal areas
- Undertake tasks including:
- Carpentry (e.g. building boxed planters)
- Painting and decorating
- Pressure washing and external window cleaning
- Gutter cleaning and basic grounds maintenance
The Candidate:
- Proven experience in practical estate or property estate enhancement project operative work.
- Good all-round trade skills, particularly in carpentry, painting, and external cleaning
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and manage your own workload
