The predicted salary is between 28800 - 48000 £ per year.
You will be part of an established team delivering the Individual Placement and Support (IPS) approach for a caseload of clients. Your role involves providing person-centred advice and guidance to support clients in securing and maintaining suitable employment. You will build positive relationships with local employers to source vacancies and help clients transition into and sustain employment. You will work within a community drug and alcohol treatment service, maintaining positive and integrated relationships to promote a holistic approach to recovery through employment.
Your engagement will include stakeholders such as service managers, clinical teams, user groups, training and employment schemes, local colleges, employers, and partner agencies (e.g., mental health, criminal justice, housing).
