We are looking for an analytical, creative, and collaborative product marketer to join our fast-growing team. In 2025, DeepL is building new features to help enterprises customise their translations and writing in a way that adapts to each company’s unique context. • Inform the product roadmap based on market insights, sales performance, and product usage.
  • Build a stellar team of Product Marketers based on where we need to focus and invest.
  • Own and report on key metrics related to Product acquisition and adoption.

Qualities we look for:

  • 8+ years of professional experience, preferably in Marketing, Product or Revenue functions, with at least 5 years in B2B Product Marketing.
  • Proven experience driving successful go-to-market strategies and product adoption.
  • People management experience: You will start with two direct reports with potential to grow the team.
  • Experience in AI technology would be highly advantageous.
  • Proven capacity to balance speed and quality of delivery, as well as to navigate ambiguity.
  • A natural storyteller who can tailor narratives and messaging that resonate with varied audiences.
  • A master of influence who works well with cross-functional groups and levels of the organisation.
  • Strong communication and project management skills. Self-motivated and resourceful in driving projects forward.
  • A curious and data-driven person who uses data and customer insights to solve problems.
  • Fluency in English and a passion for languages.

What we offer:

  • Diverse and internationally distributed team: joining our team means becoming part of a large, global community with people of more than 90 nationalities.
  • Open communication, regular feedback: as a language-focused company, we value the importance of clear, honest communication.
