A leading provider of warehouse racking and storage products is currently looking for a Marketing Manager. This role offers a competitive basic salary and a unique opportunity for a Marketing Executive with previous experience in a fast-growing company to progress into a managerial position. It is ideal for a results-driven individual to work alongside a highly agile and adaptable sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Grow and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business goals in line with the company’s guidelines.
  • Help to create a strategic marketing plan that covers the company’s full offering and informs sector definition and targeting, product roadmap/s, product development, pricing strategy, lead generation, conversion, and retention.
  • Design and create engaging content for various marketing channels, such as website, blogs, social media, and promotional materials.
  • Support the Sales team with a clear, demonstrable increase in leads generated and sales opportunities created, recommending any necessary refinements to the marketing plan.
  • Plan and manage all internal and external promotional events.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in digital marketing.
  • A passion for strategic planning and an adaptable approach to data analysis.
  • Experience running marketing campaigns and working alongside a fast-paced sales team is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of market research and identifying industry trends.
  • Ideal candidates will be based in Northampton or within a commutable distance to their offices.
