As Business Development Consultant for Denplan, you will manage, retain, and grow a portfolio of Dentists. You will focus on delivering profitable net growth and achieving the business plan by retaining and expanding your client base across North Wales, including Chester, Crewe, Northwich, Shrewsbury, and Telford.

We're seeking a proactive, growth-driven individual to build high-value relationships with dental practices in the region, delivering retention, growth, cross-selling, and new business results to meet net growth targets. This role is field-based, requiring travel across the region to visit clients face-to-face, complemented by remote and home-based work as needed.

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop high-value B2B relationships to achieve retention, growth, cross-selling, and new business objectives for profitable net growth.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  • Manage each client according to client management standards for the segment.
  • Plan multi-year sales objectives with clients, aligning with corporate plans where applicable.
  • Prioritise work within your portfolio for maximum efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify and pursue growth opportunities.
