Responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit, and other banking products and services. Processes customer transactions accurately and efficiently and balances daily while providing exemplary customer service.

- Growing customer relationships through disciplined sales, follow-up, outbound calling, and referrals.
- Referring customers to other bank areas to deepen relationships.

Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales (including military service in related roles).
