The Role
As an IT Technology Recruitment Consultant, you'll work closely with both clients and candidates to facilitate perfect matches in the technology sector. You'll manage the entire recruitment lifecycle while building lasting relationships with tech professionals and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients in your specialist technology sector
- Sourcing and screening top tech talent through various channels including LinkedIn, industry networks, and referrals
- Conducting in-depth interviews to assess technical capabilities and cultural fit
- Managing contract negotiations and offer processes
- Building and maintaining a strong network within Birmingham's tech community
- Providing market insights and salary benchmarking to clients
- Becoming a trusted advisor in your chosen technical vertical
Required Skills & Experience
- Proven recruitment experience within one or more of our specialist IT sectors
- Deep understanding of technology roles, skills, and market trends in your area of expertise
- Excellent relationship building and networking abilities
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills
- Result-oriented mindset with strong commercial awareness
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Technical background or understanding of software development, cloud technologies, or IT infrastructure
- Experience using recruitment CRM systems and LinkedIn Recruiter
- Previous agency recruitment experience
- Knowledge of Birmingham's tech ecosystem
- Established network in one or more of our specialist sectors
