Due to our existing clients growing, gap personnel are recruiting for a Recruitment Resourcer to work in our busy Blackpool Office on a permanent basis.

Hours of Work: 8am-5pm Monday to Friday
Salary: GBP25,500 - GBP27,000 per year (depending on experience)
What You'll Do:
- Source & identify Candidates, through various channels including job boards, social media, gap personnel recruitment portal
- Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and fit for our clients' requirements
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future vacancies
- Collaborate closely with recruitment consultants to understand client needs and deliver exceptional service
- Manage and update our applicant tracking system, ensuring accurate and timely data entry
- Provide a seamless candidate experience, from initial contact to onboarding
- Complete various administration tasks as needed
- Control the candidate security screening process
What We're Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organisational and time management abilities
- A proactive and resourceful approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
- Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is desirable but not essential
- A positive attitude and a passion for helping others succeed
- Strong administration skills - Computer literate
