Role Overview: They are seeking an ambitious and experienced Executive Search Consultant to join their growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful senior-level placements, exceptional relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition and retained search strategies within the F1 & automotive sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end executive search assignments for clients in the F1 & automotive sector.
  • Build and maintain relationships with senior executives and decision-makers in these sectors.
  • Conduct candidate research, assessment, and profiling specific to F1 & automotive leadership roles.
  • Create detailed candidate briefs and market mapping reports.
