You will take a leading role in managing client relationships, driving media engagement, and fostering business growth. Key Responsibilities:

Client & Account Management

  • Interpret client briefs and develop effective communication strategies.
  • Provide creative and strategic solutions that deliver impactful results.
  • Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Resolve client challenges proactively, escalating when necessary.
  • Media & Sell-In

  • Identify media opportunities and additional services to enhance client success.
  • Lead by example, inspiring and motivating junior staff.
  • Business Growth & Leadership

  • Take a leadership role in driving business growth and new opportunities.
  • Mentor junior team members, helping them grow in their roles.
  • Develop and manage Account Executives (AEs) and Senior Account Executives (SAEs), ensuring their success.
  • Build and maintain a strong industry network to generate new business leads.
  • Assist in client negotiations and new business pitches.
  • Support the Senior Leadership Team (SLT) in delivering key business initiatives.
  • Take on additional leadership responsibilities when needed.
  • Deliver workshops and internal training sessions to upskill the team.
