You will take a leading role in managing client relationships, driving media engagement, and fostering business growth. Key Responsibilities: Client & Account Management Interpret client briefs and develop effective communication strategies. Provide creative and strategic solutions that deliver impactful results. Act as the primary client contact, building strong relationships and trust. Resolve client challenges proactively, escalating when necessary. Media & Sell-In Identify media opportunities and additional services to enhance client success. Lead by example, inspiring and motivating junior staff. Business Growth & Leadership Take a leadership role in driving business growth and new opportunities. Mentor junior team members, helping them grow in their roles. Develop and manage Account Executives (AEs) and Senior Account Executives (SAEs), ensuring their success. Build and maintain a strong industry network to generate new business leads.
