About the role: We are looking for passionate, enthusiastic people right across the UK to join our team to perform high quality home surveys with a “WOW” customer experience.
What you'll be doing:
- Visiting customers in their homes and closing sales on air source heat pumps, solar panels, insulation, and other green tech.
- Representing Aira and providing customers with the best possible experience during the home visits, always being polite, professional and knowledgeable.
- Being fully prepared to provide trustworthy, accurate, and engaged advice.
What we would like you to have: We will provide all necessary product training at our Aira Academy, however we need you to have the following:
- A passion for sales, and excellent communication skills.
- A keen eye for detail, and the ability to understand, and find a solution to our customer's problems.
- It would be good to have experience in renewables or energy sales, but not essential.

- Guaranteed salary of £30,000 (£60,000 OTE).
