Responsibilities

  • Handle projects from initial enquiry through to final accounts.
  • Undertake full financial control of projects, delivering works efficiently and profitably.
  • Manage installation works on site while liaising with clients and other departments.
  • Prepare detailed work programs to meet labour and deadline requirements.
  • Liaise with manufacturing, design, and other relevant departments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Negotiate contract variations and agree on works where required.
  • Identify potential problems, obtain commercial contractual advice, and ensure contract documentation and drawings are correctly designed.
  • Perform any other duties relevant to the position.
