Please be aware before applying that this is a self-employed commission-only role, you will receive a minimum day rate of £295 for all referral work carried out through us. Larger projects will attract a higher day rate.
Brief responsibilities of the role are:
– Source your own clients and refer through our network.
– Our office team will take care of all client contracts and billing.
– Act as consultant in relation to the client project.
– Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage ongoing future instructions.
– Create an independent client referral pipeline.
– – Promote our consulting services across your network, encouraging cross-referrals within our consultant network.
– Receive a share of our daily billing (you will receive a minimum day rate of £295 for all referral work carried out through us. Larger projects will attract a higher day rate).
To be considered for this role you will need:
– Consulting experience in one of our practice areas detailed above.
– Must be capable of sourcing your own leads, canvassing, deal closing and client expectation management.
– Strong organisation skills.
– Problem-solving ability.
– Motivation to succeed and grow within our network.
– Sound grammar and professional telephone manner.
– Full UK driving licence.
