Job Opportunity: Dam and Mould Operative Team: Damp and Mould
Working Hours:
8am – 4pm, Monday to Friday
Rate: £15.35 per hour (Umbrella)
Contract Duration: 3 months, with potential for permanent placement or transfer within the organisation
Locations: East Midlands (including Leicester, Northampton, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire, and Lincolnshire)
Qualifications/Certificates: DBS required; no formal qualifications necessary, but building and trade experience is essential
Role Overview:Join our Damp and Mould team to help improve living conditions in social housing properties.
Your daily tasks will include:
- Assessing damp and mould issues
- Applying specialist damp removal products
- Cleaning and repainting affected areas
- Advising tenants on how to prevent future problems (training provided)
Requirements:
- Own vehicle required (mileage reimbursed at 45p per mile)
- Experience of general maintenance and building
