Our Graham Eyes butchers enhance our SPAR stores by bringing knowledge, skill and great customer service.
Hereβs What You Can Expect to be Doing
- Ensuring high quality meat products for our customers, providing exceptional service whilst always maintaining food safety standards.
- Producing meat for sale including bone out carcasses with good cutting standards.
- Ensuring that all food safety and health and safety regulations are met within the butchery department.
- Weighing, packaging, pricing, and displaying products.
- Keeping records, budgets, and inventory.
- Greeting and speaking to customers, providing advice, answering questions, and accepting orders or payments.
- Controlling waste.
