As the Learning Technology Manager, you will lead the digital transformation of our learning and development ecosystem. This role is central to modernising our learning infrastructure, driving adoption of innovative technologies, and aligning learning strategies with the organisation's future capabilities and performance goals.

  • Lead continuous enhancement of the Learning Management System (LMS) to support the organisation's digital transformation agenda aligned with skills.
  • Ensure the colleague experience, enabling personalised, data-driven, and accessible learning at scale.
  • Collaborate with IT, HR, and business stakeholders to align the LMS with enterprise systems and ensure it supports capability development, compliance, and performance outcomes.
  • Work in collaboration with Capability lead in developing forward-thinking digital learning strategy that leverages the LMS to build critical future skills.
  • Lead on the development of design standards for the LMS enabling admin colleagues having the necessary skills ensuring they are intuitive, inclusive, and effective in delivering high-quality learning content.
  • Implement skills frameworks that integrate with the LMS to support talent development, recruitment, and performance management.
  • Champion a strong, inclusive learning brand that reflects organisational values and fosters engagement through innovative and impactful learning experiences.
  • Use analytics and reporting tools within the LMS to measure learning effectiveness, track engagement, and inform continuous improvement.
  • Lead cross-functional digital learning projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and alignment with strategic priorities.
  • Foster a culture of innovation within the Learning & Development team, encouraging experimentation with emerging technologies and methodologies.
