What You’ll Be Doing as a Substitute Cover Teacher:
- Bring Lessons to Life: Deliver engaging, pre-planned lessons across a range of subjects and year groups.
- Lead with Confidence: Maintain a calm, focused, and respectful classroom environment.
- Support Student Success: Keep learners on track and motivated throughout the day.
- Be the Bridge: Ensure continuity in learning and communicate effectively with school staff.
- Leave a Mark: Provide feedback and insights that help students grow.

- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification
