As Digital Product Manager, your role will be to lead, design, and shape the development of our tenant-facing software application. Your primary focus will be to deliver an end-to-end digital customer experience for the ongoing development of our desktop application. You will be responsible for aligning the business strategy and customer needs to drive the evolution of this application, ensuring it provides customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies.
We seek a product manager with a proven track record in managing the development and launch of software applications. The ideal candidate should be able to work effectively in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment. A focus on customer satisfaction, strong interpersonal skills, responsiveness, adherence to Agile methodology, and the ability to develop robust business relationships are essential.
Key Responsibilities- Define and communicate a clear product vision/requirement with goals, and priorities
- Collaborate with business teams to maintain the product backlog, ensuring it reflects wider business priorities and product strategy
- Act as the primary point of contact for development teams, ensuring that features are well-defined, understood, and developed to deliver long-term value and scalability for all customers while addressing immediate business-specific needs
- Conduct product demos, training sessions, and deliver updates for both internal and external stakeholders to communicate roadmap progress and newly released features
- Excellent communication skills showing the ability to summarise complex problems and recommend concise plans of action, translating for non-technical audiences
- 5+ years’ experience in a Product Manager role within a B2C SaaS environment
- Experience in agile software product management; from inception; requirement gathering and prioritisation through to launch
- Data-led approach to decision-making when prioritising features
- Experience working on platforms built within a Microsoft .NET framework is an advantage
- Strong cross-functional team player who works well with development, UX/UI & other stakeholders
- Skilled at balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints to drive impactful results
- Experienced in delivering impactful user experiences, particularly on customer-facing interfaces
- High level of attention to detail but ability to step back and observe the bigger picture
- Skilful manager of stakeholder relationships, willing to apply challenge where appropriate
