We are looking for a Team Manager for our restaurant located in the heart of Winchester. Our two-floor Pan-Asian restaurant offers a fantastic setting for lunch or dinner. As part of our growing management team, you will join alongside the General Manager, Assistant General Manager, Assistant Manager, and other supervisors.
This is a part-time role with approximately 25 hours per week, with potential for more during peak times. The advertised hourly rate includes the basic pay plus an average service charge, reflecting a realistic earning potential.
In collaboration with the restaurant team, your responsibilities will include assisting in the daily operations of the restaurant and bar. You will inspire the team to deliver high-quality guest service while maximizing sales opportunities.
