Our beautiful venue in the heart of Hampstead is seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our warm and welcoming back of house team. As a Pastry Chef de Partie at Ottolenghi Hampstead, you will:

  • Prepare, bake, and present a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods to the highest standards.
  • Work closely with the Head Pastry Chef to develop and refine recipes, ensuring consistency and creativity in our pastry offerings.
  • Manage your section efficiently, maintaining a well-organised and clean workspace.
  • Ensure all pastries and desserts meet our quality and presentation standards before leaving the kitchen.
  • Assist in stock control, ordering, and minimizing food waste.
  • Support and mentor junior pastry chefs and kitchen staff.
  • Maintain excellent food safety and hygiene practices at all times.
