- Lead Recruitment: Take charge of the full recruitment process, ensuring a smooth, inclusive, and efficient hiring experience for all, while building lasting partnerships with hiring managers.
- Engage & Develop: Champion employee wellbeing, growth, and engagement through innovative programs that inspire passion and performance.
- Ensure HR Compliance: Lead the charge in maintaining the highest standards of HR policy compliance while ensuring smooth and efficient processes across the board.
- Manage Our Casual Workforce: Build and optimize a flexible, high-performing casual workforce to meet operational demands—minimizing reliance on agency labour without compromising service quality.
Key Relationships: Collaborate with the Restaurant Associates Venues Strategy Team and leadership across the business. Mentor and support People Coordinators and Staffing Managers, empowering them to deliver results. Partner with Compass UK & Ireland HR teams to drive cohesive strategies.
